ETC has been very successful with helping Youth and High School kids elevate their level of athletic performance. A customized plan for each is based age, body type and skill level. While the focus is on speed, improving coordination, strength and agility, ETC recognizes that younger kids need to be trained and monitored in a different manner than do high school kids. Participants are also educated on the importance of good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. For athletes with next-level potential, we also offer specialized training to refine technique, eliminate weaknesses and maximize athletic potential.
