ETC recognizes that an individualized training program that is sport-specific, position-specific, and tryout-specific is critical to the overall success of the athlete.  A strong performance at a team tryout or combine activity may be the difference between being a high draft pick, being drafted at all or remaining unsigned.  Running a few milliseconds faster, jumping a few inches higher or lifting a few more reps can make all of the difference in the world.  ETC prepares athletes for the NFL Combine, pro days and team tryouts with a focus on correct body mechanics, position-specific coaching and athletic performance to maximize draft status. Training programs are based on an initial physical assessment, customized by sport and include simulations of each required test event.

Functional Testing AND Evaluation 

Each athlete will be tested prior to participation in a customized training program. Once the specified training program has been completed, the athlete is re-tested to gauge results and progress achieved in the following areas:
