Professional: ETC offers a variety of services for professional athletes to enhance their athletic performance and in support of their quest to be the best. Training programs are sport-specific and tailored to each athlete’s goals, desired outcomes and medical history. ETC has developed a unique training methodology that is specifically tailored to each participant with a focus on strength, speed, agility, conditioning and injury prevention. We also incorporate the necessary recovery activities in our training programs to account for the demands of the particular sport and nagging injuries that are a reality of professional sports.
